Visit of Jill Healey, ‎Executive Director, ChildHope UK

On 22 February 2016 Jill Healey, ‎Executive Director, ChildHope UK visited Matuail dumpsite area to observe the activities of Education and Health for Child Waste Pickers’ Project.

During her visit, she went to Grambangla School, Grambangla Technical Training Center; there she saw the project activities and talked with the students and trainees. She also talked with the parents of the students and the members of Self Help Groups of waste picking women. At that time, she distributed Birth Certificates among the students. Besides that, she distributed assistive devices among the People with Disabilities with the support of Nari Maitree and German Embassy.
