In order to conduct social and developmental activities Grambangla Unnayan Committee (GUC) was registered under the Department of Social Service, Ministry of Social Welfare in 1997 (Reg. No. Jhal-171/97); Department of Youth Development in 2009 (Reg. No- Ba/1784/Jhal-130/Nal-40) and it is also registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau, Prime Minister’s Office of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (Reg. No.2073)..
